  My daughter and I visited Bespoke on Saturday, November 25 to support small business Saturday in Truckee. While in the store I reached into my sweater pocket for my glasses, to have a better look at some merchandise. When I placed my eyeglasses back in my pocket I noticed Brian Hess watching me. Upon exiting the store, Brian came to me on the sidewalk and asked what I placed in my pocket, he wanted to know if I took a key chain from his store. I then emptied my pockets, showing him the only thing in my pocket was my eyeglasses. Brian then apologized, which did not reflect any sincerity on his part at all. Brian, you should be ashamed of yourself. Accusations of this nature should not be made in public with bystandard all around. This whole experience was very embarrassing for me and my daughter as bystandards watched this event unfold. I am a local resident, and have visited this store numerous times,. I now will NEVER visit this store again. I gave this store one star as the system does not allow anything lower. Beware potential shoppers, this business sees all customers as potential shoplifters.
